A pocket diary from the left overs of the day.

Pocket was a film essentially based upon a technique a wanted to try. I had done photogramming previously but never before on 16mm film; that it is a light based medium, and by working with directly exposing the film with light diffused by filters and objects I felt justified in using film. Also the intensity of colour was so much better.

Pocket is the only abstract films I have made. The objects exposed onto the film were all the things found in my pocket after a couple of days travelling., the sounds were also recorded from the places of travel.
