Chakra related colour firleds expand to the notes of the indian scale sung in the ionian mode. (In Indian singing there are six different modes each representing a different state soul.  The Ionian mode represents innocence, openness and fearlessness).

By externalising a creative visualisation this film explores the possibility of using film to improve a persons sense of well-being.
