An investigation into the perception of abstract and representational forms, this film shows the photographs of a daily newspaper which are being rotoscoped page by page, line by line. As the pages are superimposed the lines build up simulateously. Depending on the layout of the respective page, some parts of the screen get covered with a dense accumulation of lines, whereas other parts remain more recognisable.
